World-class Stage 32 Educator Liz Dickler will show you exactly how to write a killer outline by developing your concept with you, just like she’s done for other hit series including the Emmy-winning ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, CRIMINAL MINDS, and more. Liz is an industry veteran, who was the former VP of Lionsgate Television and A&E, as well as an executive at ABC Studios. She knows what it takes to write a great television pilot and how to help writers like you do it.

In this first-level outline lab under the direct guidance of Liz, you will learn what makes a successful outline based on her experience with Emmy-winning shows, plus she will work with you to pull out your story beats and get them on the page. You will be held accountable to make your idea come to life and shape it on the page, all in a small group setting with fellow writers with the same goal and passion as you.

And, best of all, you'll have the option to continue working with Liz and shaping your television pilot by having the option to move onto her Level Two Lab. Here, you will begin to write your pilot script under Liz's continued guidance, which will be followed by a Level Three Lab, where you will master your pitch.
