Her credits include Shirley MacLaine and Amanda Seyfried-starred, THE LAST WORD, which made its worldwide premiere at Sundance 2017, and THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ELEANOR RIGBY, an official selection at the Cannes Film Festival (Un Certain Regard) along with a number of other commercial and prestige films.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eA sales agent and distributor’s job is to find attractive material and presell it domestically and internationally. This presale basically is a territory (i.e. France, Italy, Japan) telling the sales agent that that project will attract X amount of dollars at the box office. A producer can then use a promissory note from that territory and use that towards the budget of the film.
