Their primary role is to ensure that the project stays on budget, meets deadlines, and is aligned with the creative vision of the director, producers, and showrunners. The Post-Production Supervisor's key responsibilities include creating and managing the post-production budget and schedule, supervising the post-production team while coordinating with physical production as much as possible, and doing quality control during the process on things like dailies, editorial cuts, color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects. Ultimately, once filming stops, the Post-Production Supervisor is a lead producer on a project that makes sure it is ultimately delivered on time and on budget.

The course will cover:

What Is Post-Production

What Is A Post-Production Supervisor

The Difference Between Post-Production Supervising For A Film Or A TV Series

The Production Hierarchy

The Basics Of A Post-Production Schedule

How To Manage Vendors

Final Delivery

What is Individual Certification?

Individual Certification is a single course centered around one subject.
