I did well in business though I wasn’t fulfilled, and when the crash hit and I had to start over I decided to follow my passion as a storyteller and come to LA.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eTrying to learn how to become an actor in LA was hard. I even gave up and went back home once! Finally, after a lot of wasted time, money, and energy I started to figure things out. At that point I started teaching newbie actors the Basics of How To Get Started In Acting back in 2011 to help them avoid some of the painful mistakes I made, and give them more of a game plan than had been available to me.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThough I haven’t won any awards out here yet, I am a working actor, I have 3 commercials currently running, I’m continuing to work on my career and my craft, and enjoying the heck out of the journey either way (which is half the battle).
